Our hogs come from White Marble Farms, where they are all raised on small family farms. After bathing in an award-winning brine, hams will be hardwood smoked. These hams are pumped with far less water and salt content than what you will find in a grocery store ham. Besides raising the hogs, everything is done right here at our facility on our property at 3290 Peger Rd. in Fairbanks, Alaska!
