How Many Ribs Do you Want?
To determine the size of prime rib, please select the number of ribs you would like. Each bone has about 2lbs of meat.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?
How many people are you feeding? Generally, account for 1lb of Prime Rib per person. Do you want to have leftovers? Plan accordingly!
BONE-IN VS. BONELESS
For bone-in, many love the presentation but it’s important to note that bones also help insulate the beef and allow it to cook more slowly which keeps the beef extra juicy and tender. Bone-In is more difficult to overcook and it’s a stunning presentation.
For Boneless, one of the advantages is a shorter cooking time.
As a service to our customers, bone-in roasts will be cradled (bone will be cut off and tied back on, with rib plate and breast salted). If you do not wish for this service, please make a note at checkout.
PRE-PAYMENT/DEPOSIT
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve your product. Upon pick up, you will pay your remaining balance based on the actual weight of the product.
